At Amstel Printing, many products are custom-made to order. For this reason, specific return conditions apply.

This return policy has been established in accordance with Dutch and European regulations for online sales.

Right of withdrawal for custom-made products

According to applicable legislation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Many products offered by Amstel Printing fall into this category, such as:

• printed flags
• beach flags
• banners
• personalized print products
• custom-made promotional products

These products therefore cannot be returned if they have been produced correctly according to the order specifications.

Please review your order carefully

We recommend carefully checking the following before placing an order:

• the design or print file
• the product size
• the quantities
• the selected options

Production begins after the print file has been approved.

Damaged or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged or has not been produced correctly, this can be reported to our customer service.

To ensure a quick evaluation, we ask you to provide:

• the order number
• a clear description of the issue
• photos of the product

Possible solutions

If a complaint is found to be valid, Amstel Printing may offer one of the following solutions:

• production of a replacement product
• a partial or full refund
• another appropriate solution
