Rally plates, also called rally boards or car rally boards, have traditionally been used in car rallies to identify the various participants. Today, these are also often used during classic car or car rally events.
At Amstel Printing, in addition to a custom shape of your choice, you can also choose from two different standard shapes. The rally plate (in traditional shape) and the handlebar board. Handlebar boards are, as the name suggests, often mounted on the handlebars of mountain bikes, racing bikes, motorcycles or sidecar motorcycles. Under the downloads heading, you can download the layout templates for both printed boards.
If you choose drill holes, the printed rally boards will be provided with drill holes with a minimum drill diameter of 5 mm. Mounting materials are not included by default. Using cable ties or screws, you can easily mount your printed rally boards on your vehicle.
Rally boards are manufactured from 1 mm or 2 mm thick polystyrene material. This plastic material is known for its light and weather-resistant properties. Despite its light weight, polystyrene is extremely flexible and will therefore not break easily. Our polystyrene printed car boards are also recyclable and fire-safe (equipped with a B2 certificate).
