Printing scaffold banners: choosing the right material

You have the choice of four different materials:

  • Flag: This light and versatile material is perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications, with an excellent balance between strength and weight.
  • Mesh banner: Ideal for situations where both air and sound permeability are essential, without compromising on durability.
  • Soundmesh: Specially developed for optimal sound reproduction, with water-repellent properties that make it ideal for outdoor environments.
  • Polymesh: A robust, air- and sound-permeable polyester banner, which combines durability with a high level of functionality.

 

Scaffold banner finishing options

Our scaffold banners can be finished in various ways to meet your specific installation requirements:

  • Flag and Polymesh: These banners are finished with a strap and eyelets every 50 cm, ensuring easy and secure attachment.
  • Mesh banner and Soundmesh: These banners are finished with hems and eyelets every 50 cm, guaranteeing a neat and durable finish.

Mesh banners larger than 5 x 5 metres are joined together and shipped folded.
For large banners, we advise using tensioners for fastening and not cable ties. With cable ties as fastening, the banner cannot release the force anywhere, which can cause the eyelets to tear out.
