Do you use a labeling machine? Then die-cut labels are the ideal choice. The difference between laser cutting and die-cutting? With laser cutting, we burn the edges of the labels, which can lead to glue buildup on the edges. This is not a problem for manual application, but machines can jam as a result. Die-cutting offers a solution: with a custom-made cutting die, we cut out the labels under air pressure, without buildup. Our die-cut labels are available from a minimum order of 10,000 pieces.

Materials

• White Foil (PP) – Permanent: A PVC-free foil, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
• Paper: Available in matte or gloss with a permanent adhesive layer. This self-adhesive, FSC-certified paper offers an elegant look and is ideal for long-term applications.
• Sustainable Transparent Foil: Made from recyclable plastic, with a permanent adhesive layer, perfect for environmentally conscious applications.
• Transparent Foil – Permanent: This PVC-free foil is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and offers a subtle look.

Finish

Our die-cut labels offer versatile options to meet your specific needs. The roll winding can be facing inwards or outwards and can be rotated in 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Choose transparent foil with the option of normal or mirror image display. For extra clarity, you can choose one layer of full color or full color with a layer of white.

Protect your labels with a laminate in gloss, UV-resistant or matte, available for all materials. The labels are placed on the roll with a 3 cm gap, which ensures easy separation and ease of use. Furthermore, the labels are available in square, rectangular or round shapes, adapted to your specific design wishes.
