Materials

You can have business cards printed on various types of paper and cardstock. You can choose from the following four types of materials.

• Wood-free Coated MC (Gloss): This wood-free glossy material has a glossy coating, available in 300 and 400 gsm.
• Wood-free Semi-matt MC (Silk): With a matte coating, this wood-free material is available in 300 and 400 gsm.
• Natural cardstock: Wood-free natural cardstock with a smooth structure, easy to write and stamp on, available in 300 and 350 gsm.
• Sulphate cardboard: Front coated with silk gloss, back uncoated, available in 300 gsm.

Business card finishing

Furthermore, you also have the option to laminate your business cards. We offer this option in three variants: gloss laminate, matte laminate, and soft touch matte laminate. Gloss laminate gives your cards a brilliant finish and protects against damage. Matte laminate provides a stylish, non-shiny finish and extra protection. The soft touch matte laminate gives a luxurious, soft touch that gives your cards a premium feel.

You can choose printing on the front or on both sides, and you can order the business cards in any quantity you want. For extra convenience, bundle options of 100, 250, or 500 pieces are also available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum size for letters?
We recommend a minimum cap height of 1 mm. Ensure your file takes this into account.

Can you write well on all materials?
No, writing is only possible on uncoated paper types. This concerns sulphate cardboard (back side) and natural cardstock.

Why is lamination not possible with natural cardstock?
Due to the structure of natural cardstock, lamination is not applicable, and furthermore, it would reduce the ability to write on the paper.

My print work is warped, why is that?
This may be the result of choosing single-sided lamination. The laminate reacts differently than the paper, which can cause warping. We recommend always laminating on both sides to prevent this.
