Our labels offer excellent quality thanks to the ultra-high resolution of the Durst Tau 330 printer. They are available in large formats up to 97 x 30 cm. Our labels can be customized to your requirements thanks to the choice of 6 popular materials and 3 laminates. The UV inks ensure long-term protection and a longer life for your print. Thanks to laser cutting, we can supply labels in any desired shape. In addition, no start-up costs are charged and you can order from as little as 1.5 m².

Materials

The roll winding can be face-in or face-out and can be rotated by 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees. We offer a wide range of materials for our labels.

• White Film (PP) – Promotional: This PVC-free film is ideal for temporary applications, both indoors and outdoors. Perfect for promotional stickers that last a short time but still look professional.
• White Film (PP) – Permanent: For a durable solution, this PVC-free film is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. The permanent adhesive layer ensures long-term adhesion.
• White Film (PP) – Strong Adhesion: This film has an extra-strong adhesive layer, suitable for demanding conditions, both indoors and outdoors, where maximum adhesion is required.
• Paper: Choose from matt or gloss with a permanent adhesive layer. Our FSC-certified self-adhesive paper offers an elegant look and is ideal for stickers that require long-term adhesion.
• Transparent Film – Permanent: This PVC-free film is perfect for stickers that need to be displayed subtly, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
• Silver Film (PP) – Permanent: This silver, PVC-free film offers a metallic look with a permanent adhesive layer. Ideal for a luxurious finish, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
• Sustainable Transparent Film: Made from recycled plastic, this eco-friendly film offers a permanent adhesive layer. The material is easily recyclable, perfect for sustainable stickers.
• Transparent Film – Promotional: This PVC-free film is ideal for temporary applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Finishing

With transparent film, you have the choice whether you want to display the image normally or in mirror image. Furthermore, with both this material and silver film, you can choose one layer of full color or one layer of full color with one layer of white. Optionally, you can choose laminate for all materials, in gloss, UV-resistant or matt, to protect your labels. Choose from 3 cm, 4 cm or 5 cm to determine the correct distance between the stickers on the roll. The stickers on roll are available in square/rectangular shapes or free shapes to meet your specific design requirements.

Accessories

To simplify use and storage, you can add the Label Dispenser Box – S to your order. This Label Dispenser Box is for stickers between 1.5 and 5 cm wide, a height of 10 cm with a maximum roll length of 25 meters.

Please note: There may be a small deviation of up to 1.5 mm in the center of your file. Minimize this effect by not placing unnecessarily thin borders around your file.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload multiple files with different images?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to upload multiple files per roll. You can only provide one file per roll.

What is the core diameter of the roll?
We standardly work with a core diameter of 7.6 cm.

Can I order gold stickers from you?
In our range of specials, we only offer silver-colored film. By printing the color scheme C 20 – M 25 – Y 60 – K 25 on the silver film, your sticker gets a gold look with the shiny effect of the silver film.

How do I remove my sticker?
Promotional stickers have a removable adhesive layer and can usually be easily removed without leaving adhesive residue. If adhesive residue does remain, you can easily remove it with all-purpose cleaner or dishwashing liquid. Stickers with permanent adhesion have a higher adhesive strength and are therefore more difficult to remove. These stickers often leave adhesive residue that you can remove with an adhesive remover.
