Printing sports field boards

Sports field boards are also known as presentation boards, outdoor boards, or football boards. A printed sports field board is a very popular and extremely effective promotional tool. At Amstel Printing, you can very affordably and easily put together and order your printed sports field board.

Material

Our sports field boards are available in two different qualities;

Dibond

• Material: aluminum and polyethylene
• Relatively lightweight sandwich panel
• Scratch-resistant and weather-resistant
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
• Can only be printed single-sided

HPL

• Material: synthetic resin top layer with a core of layers of compressed paper
• Heavier quality (8.5 kg/m2 – 25% heavier than Dibond)
• Scratch-resistant and weather-resistant
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
• Can be printed both single-sided and double-sided

Finishing

Dibond

• no coating
• protective coating matte
• protective coating gloss

HPL
An HPL sports field board can be finished with a glossy or matte foil. Please note: With HPL, the plate can warp when only one side is provided with a foil.

Attaching the sports field board

To attach the sports field board, you can choose to have drill holes made in the sports field board. The minimum drill diameter is 5 mm. If you want larger drill holes, you can indicate this to us in the configuration. You do not need to indicate the drill holes in the file, we will do this for you.
