When should I mirror the file?
Mirror the design if you want to apply a transparent sticker to the inside of the window and the image needs to be readable from the outside.
Can I also order double-sided stickers?
Unfortunately, this is not (yet) possible.
How do I apply my window sticker?
Ensure the surface is clean and free of grease. If the adhesive layer is suitable for wet application of the film, wet both the surface and the adhesive layer with application fluid before positioning the film. Firmly attach the film and slowly and evenly squeegee the moisture out from under the sticker. If wet application is not possible, position the sticker from the top and work gradually downwards. Be careful, as repositioning is difficult with dry application and smoothing out air bubbles on the surface.
Easily remove the backing sheet by placing the film with the print side against the wet window. When using Lintec, use the backing sheet as extra protection between the film and the squeegee to prevent damage to the print and to allow extra pressure to be applied during squeegeeing.
