With our plano printing sheets, you get the flexibility and control you need to finish your print work exactly as desired. You can order your plano printing sheets in the quantity you need. This gives you the flexibility to order the exact number your project requires.

Materials

Our plano printing sheets are available in a selection of nine high-quality materials, each with unique properties:

  • Wood-free Coated MC (Gloss): This wood-free coated material offers a glossy finish that makes your designs shine. Available in weights of 135, 170, 250, 300, and 400 gsm.
  • Wood-free Semi-matte MC (Silk): For a subtle, matte look, this wood-free material is the perfect choice. Available in 135, 170, 250, 300, and 400 gsm.
  • Natural Cardboard: This smooth wood-free cardboard is ideal for writing and stamping, with a weight of 300 and 350 gsm.
  • Wood-free Offset White: This wood-free offset paper is excellent for writing and stamping and is available in 90 and 170 gsm.
  • Biotop Natural: Uncoated and cream-colored, this paper offers an elegant look and is easy to write and stamp on, with a weight of 250 gsm.
  • Sulphate Cardboard: With a coated front for a beautiful silk gloss and an uncoated back for writing and stamping. Available in 260 and 300 gsm.
  • Synaps: This synthetic material is tear-resistant and water-resistant, ideal for durability. Available in 300 gsm.
  • YupoBlue: A bright white synthetic material with a smooth matte surface for brilliant color representation. Available in 319 gsm.
  • Wood-free Laser-Compatible White: Wood-free offset paper suitable for laser printing, with a weight of 90 and 100 gsm.

 

Finishes

Our plano printing sheets are available in two finishing options. You can choose an unfinished plano sheet, which is a sheet of 75 x 53 cm. Alternatively, you can choose the finished option where the plano sheet is cut to a size of 37.5 x 53 cm, ideal for specific applications and easier to use. The sheets are printed with one layer of full color ink (note: without white). You can choose printing on the front or on both the front and back of the sheet.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum font height?
We recommend a minimum font height of 1 mm. Ensure that your file meets this requirement.

Can all materials be written on?
Writing is only possible on uncoated paper types, such as sulphate cardboard (back) and natural cardboard.

Why is lamination not possible with natural cardboard?
Due to the structure of natural cardboard, laminate cannot be applied. Moreover, laminate would reduce the ability to write on the paper.

My print work has warped, why is that?
This problem can occur when using single-sided laminate. Because laminate and paper have different properties, this can cause warping. We recommend always laminating double-sided to prevent this effect.
